Winfile/File Manager was the GUI interface for navigating the filesystem
under Windows 3.1 and Windows 95. With it you could browse the
filesystem, move, copy and rename files and directories.

winfile is no longer used. "Explorer.exe" has replaced winfile in NT, XP
and W2k.
