FILE LOCATIONS O.Ex. verses Outlook

Greetings knowledgable group members,

I am familiar with the location for Outlook Express email file locations.
I recently started to use Outlook (full office 2000 version) with updates
etc,
Outlook upgraded to itself and all email folders, address book, etc from
O.E. No problem.

I am looking to set two things. 1- The location of the email files 2-
Adjusting the setting to allow me to open attachements.
1- Where does Outlook store files.
2- I know where in OE to allow opening attachements, where in Outlook?
