file index problem

In XP, the file index is different from W2K,Win9x and WNT. I have files
named secquensely in Win9X as following:

601.doc
60101.doc
60102.doc
602.doc
60201.doc
60202.doc
603.doc
60301.doc

but the list changed totally different after system changed to XP.
601.doc
602.doc
603.doc
60101.doc
60102.doc
60103.doc
60201.doc
60202.doc
60301.doc
How can i change it back?

The Sort Order for Files and Folders Whose Names Contain Numerals Is Different in Windows XP Than It Is in Windows 2000:

You can accomplish the same using Tweak UI Powertoy from Microsoft.
