file icons/file associations

the other day I changed app jsp files open with (changed from HomeSite
to an app called JCreator) but after a few days I changed it back to
HomeSite, now can't get icon JSP's had when they were set to open
w/HomeSite..

so: now I set it back to HomeSite, but: only 'restore' is displayed in
file types dialog, not 'advanced' so can't change icon.. if I set it
back to open w/JCreator, then 'advanced' is displayed and I can change
icon associated with that file, but if I set it to open w/HomeSite, I
can't change icon...

right now my JSP files are set to open w/HomeSite but icons are same as
for .txt files, which I don't want, I want a diff. icon for jsp files..
I hope this makes sense.. I think you should be able to set file
types to open w/whatever app you want and change icons for those files
independently of that..

in my machine anymore..
