File dupe checker

Howdy:

I'm in need of a dupe file checker. I have a CD full of programs I
burned to it and have about enough on my hard drive to burn another CD
full. Is there a program that will allow me to check the files on the
CD and the files on the hard drive and compare between them for
dupes??

I'm pretty sure I've doubled up on some of 'em, but the thought of
running each and every file through the Windows file search window
gives me the cold sweats! :)
