I recently tried deleting MSN Messenger, messenger did not delete but the
accessory files deleted which included my calculator etc and also games
included in the XP programme. I have tried installing them but it tells me I
need a disk, I was not given any CDs for the programmes upon installation, is
there another way that I am able to install the programmes.

Thanking you.

Without the appropriate installation media [CDs] and licence keys you are
out of luck.
If yours is an OEM machine such as HP or Compaq you will have that media
on an hidden HDD partition, typically pressing the F10 key [or similar]
you will be able to restore your machine to factory defaults, look in
the manual or go to the manufacturer's web site for the precise
details.
If it isn't an OEM machine contact the place were you purchased it
and demand the CDs that they should have given you when you purchased
it.
