File Deletion

I ran this program to get rid of some spyware from a
friends computer, I've used it several times before and it
seemed very good. During the removal of several pieces of
spyware that it found it said that it was going to remove
several windows files and prompted for the CD so that it
could reinstall them, I didn't have the CD to hand so
clicked cancel and let it remove the rest. After it had
finished I left my friend happy that I had cleared the
majority of the spyware but when she tried to use her Sage
programs she found that a .dll file required to run Sage
had been deleted. Is this a common problem or am i the
only person to have found this??

The actual file that was deleted I don't have a record of
but the program that wouldn't run was "Sage Line 50
Accounts" and it was all the versions, I'm not sure if
anyone from microsoft reads these but perhaps you could
look into this for the full version as Sage is used by a
hell of a lot of companies and it would render MSAS
useless to those companies, which would be a shame because
it seems to be a good program.
