File deleted

Heya,

*.pst file, an archive of messages was accidently deleted. As it was
too big for a recycle bin, it was "permanently" deleted by win xp.

Is there any chance to get it back, please?

Question was answered, if very poorly.
Rephrasing the question -equally poorly- doesn't help.
