File dates have changed to future years

I noticed that in Windows Explorer, almost all of the modified file dates
have changed to years like 2013, 2019, 2030, etc. and can't figure out what's
caused it. Can anyone help?

Look around you carefully. Are people wearing jumpsuits & jet-packs? Are
meals available in tablet form?

If not, check your event logs on the workstation as well as your system
clock.
