file copying

I manage a small law office where files need to be shared,
but I need to protect against unauthorized copying of my
files. What do I need to do to the files? Thanks in
advance for any help.
 
If the files are in your user account and you are the only administrator
account on the system, no one else can open them. If you wish to share some
of the files, copy such files to a folder under All Users.
