File copying ports

I have two servers sitting in the same domain although they are
seperated by a firewall.

What's ports have to be open to copy a file from one server to
another?

Ports 137-139 and 445.

137-139, possibly 445 depending on how you're authenticating. Or use
FTP and bypass the Windows networking port issues.
