file conversion

How can I convert my .mov file type to.WMf so that I can edit?
Is there some freeware available,or a Microsoft patch/plugin available?

Use Rad Video Tools (link on the Setup > Software page of my site, in the
Utilities section). Convert the MOV file to an AVI and use it in MM2.
