Running win 98 se ie6 will not open jpg files when left double clicked.
Seems the program loader attempts but aborts and nothing happens. Right
click yields a menu with options to archive, send, antivirus scan, cut, copy
etc. No 'open with' appears.
I believe this was caused by photoshop elements acquiring jpg association
when installed, which I then disabled and nothing has taken its place, let
alone ie6 which was the previous association.
Any thoughts on how to fix this appreciated.
