I am unable to associate my .eps files with Adobe Illustrator. Adobe tells me that it is a corruption problem with the Registry. When I double click an EPS file, I get an error message that says it's not a valid Win32 file. Can anyone offer suggestons??

Thanks!

Encapsulated PostScript files are easily read by the free
IrvanView program. This program has tons of plug ins and
can do most everything that programs costing hundreds of
dollars can do. Give it a try. I don't see anywhere
that .eps files can be opened and read by Adobe
Illustrator. Have fun.

Well (e-mail address removed) you cant have looked very hard as
you can open eps files in Illustrator (I have and I still do). Tim what
version of Illustrator have you got and what program created the eps files.

Hi, Tim!
Have you tried uninstalling, then reinstalling Adobe Illustrator?
