What version of Outlook? Depending, there is a little VB utility that you
can use to universally change the order of contacts. It is available on MS
KB and also on Slipstick Systems.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer:
Jay <
[email protected]> asked:
| I have over 1000+ contacts where the File As field is setup as "<Name>
| (<Company Name>)". I was wondering if anyone knew of an easy way to
| switch
| all 1000+ contacts to have their File As field setup as "(<Company
| Name>) <Name>"
|
| Thanks in advance
