File and Settings Tranfer - Must run wizard for each user on compu

I ran the FAST wizard under my user account, saving to an external hard
drive. When trying to reinstall back onto new hard drive in computer, it
only transfers data from my user account. My four other family member's data
does not transfer. Did I do this wrong? Did I need to run the wizard five
times, once from each user account?
 
Each member needs to run the wizard & select which/what data to save.
Also,one should run FTW from xp cd before and after.
