Hi, I have a PC and a Laptop, both are working on Vista home premium. the PC
is connected to a printer via USB and a direct connection to a d-link router,
the laptop is connected to the network by wireless connection. both computers
are on the same work group.
when I try ro see the network map I can see both computers, but when I want
to see the devices for sharing files and printers, they don't see each other.
file and printer sharing is enabled.
what can i do?

Hi
Successful Sharing involves some general consideration in Network settings,
http://www.ezlan.net/sharing.html
As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what it is
allowed to be shared.

I did what's written in the articles above, now I can share files, but whenI
try to share the printer it says "not enough memory", but I have a powerful
computer and laptop. I tried to installt the printer on a new local port
"\\computername\printershare name" but i can't create the port because
"access denied". I am the adminstrator on both computers.
