File and Foler Tasks problem

I am in My Photos. I select a photo to email to a recipient. When I click on the appropriate line in FILE AND FOLDER TASKS, my computer attempts to log on to MSN.com They are no longer my internet provider. I now have Roadrunner and use OUTLOOK EXPRESS exclusively for my email. I have Roadrunner operating and Oulook Express open but they are no selected. How do I get FILE AND FOLDER TASKS to send the photo to OUTLOOK EXPRESS ?

I cannot guarantee it, but the following method may work:

How do I make OE my default mail client?

Go to...Start / Run...and type the following:
"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /reg<

(copy paste everything between the > < but not including the > <)
(But first...Check the path to msimn.exe to make sure it is correct)

Click...OK...

Then open Internet Explorer and go to...Tools / Internet Options /
Programs tab...and set OE as the default mail (and news) program.

If you still have problems try the following:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
