File \AMD64\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded (XP 64 B1812 CD Install)

No luck with that. I disabled Power Management in the bios as well as XP.
The other options don't apply, I can only install from a bootable CD. I'd
really like to get this going, so if you/anyone have any ideas please
post.....

The above link to MS Support did hold the answer.......hold down the F7 key
to disable ACPI. For some reason my wireless keyboard would not work with
F7, F6 was fine. The answer was to attach a regular keyboard and install.
