I have win xp home, single hard drive partitioned into C;
and D: XP and all applications are installed on C: For
simplification and easy backup etc, we put all of our
files on the D: drive in various folders. Problem is: I
am trying to provide limited (internet only) access to our
nanny, but the guest or limited profile can gain access
to anything outside of the two admin XP profiles. (i.e.
all files on D: drive) How do I limit access to other
areas and provide a user profile with internet access only.

Thanks!

Move your My Documents folders to the D Drive, and pull all of your other
folders under those. You do this by Right-clicking your My Documents folder
and selecting Properties. In the Target box, type in D:\My Documents. Then
on the Sharing tab click the box that says Make this folder private. Then
drag all of your other sub-folders into the My Documents folder on D. Do
this for each of your admin profiles.

Thanks Patty! Sounds easy enough.
