file access monitoring

can anyone with which program can monitor who (in LAN) is viewing files on
my PC. I want to know who opened the file, which file, and when ?

You might try 'File Monitor' from www.sysinternals.com; but I can't say
if it monitors network file access as well as local.
 
use local security policy to set object acces monitoring,Then view the
events with event viewer under security, set object acces en
