Figuring age

I am trying to get a report to generate ages. I used the DateDiff and got
an age but it only gives the next year or in whole years. Example, someone
born 7/4/87 should be 16 and some months but Access puts it as 17. Is there
a way to get the exact age from the birthday in a report?
