fifth week recurrence

Anyone know how to set recurrence for fifth-week
meetings? I have a meeting that only happens on the fifth
Sunday of each month.
I also have meetings that happen every Sunday except the
third Sunday. I have tried using the "last" week option,
but it doubles up with the fourth week meetings (in months
with only four Sundays).

Outlook doesn't have a way to do that. You'll need to set up those meetings
manually.

I have a similar problem. It is hard to believe that you
cannot individual click and choose various dates for
recurrent appointments. Even GroupWise could do that! If
you have a monthly meeting that falls on different days
of the week, you are stuck having to create different
appointments and mail them out separately.
