Fields

I am trying to create a form in microsoft word with fixed fields. That is, every time I enter data into fields, I do not want the following fields to shift down as well. That is, i want to field that i am typing into, to expand to hold all of the data
But I do not want the following fields to be affected
Please help!
 
How can you expect a field to expand without affecting the placement of text
below it?
