Fields, with option to pick

Hi everyone,

I'm am making a quote document and in the To: area I want to make
field where I can click in the area and I get to choose wha
information goes in there. Of course, I would have to pre-type th
information for choosing whom I'd put in the field.
I've seen this done before and would like to now how this is done.
