Fields name in the .csv file problem

Hi,

After uploading some files into the server, the "form_result.csv" was
created. I added some other fields into the form, but, the name of the new
fields are not added into the .csv file even when I cleared all the content
of the file. How can I resolve this?

Delete the .csv file.

Delete each fields in the dialog window, close dialog, save form, close
page, run Tools | Recalculate Hyperlink.

Then open page on go back to form properties and check to make sure all
fields are now included.
