Fields - import & set-up

How can I import user-defined fields/ folder from older versions? In Outlook
2000, I did set up 10 new fields and a few new views for dealing with clients
& prospects. However, after upgrading to 2003, these fields are not in the
"used-defined folder" anymore, but only available for some contacts.
Additionally the special "Detail" Entry Page I did lay-out is gone. How can I
retreive it?

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See
