Fields from multiple Tables on 1 Form

I have 5 tables with various filds.
Using the Form Wizard I can select fields from up to 3
tables and create and display a single form with the
selected fields displayed.
If I try to do the same thing with fields from 5 Tables
it creates the form with the correct fields in design
mode but when I try to run the form it displays
absolutely nothing.
Is there a default setting that limits a form to 3 Table
sources and if so how can I change this to 5 Tables?
Or is there some other explanation and what is the remedy?
Help on this would be greatly appreciated.
 
Try creating a query that pulls the needed fields from
your 5 tables and using that query to create your form.
 
Many thanks Ernie! I'll give this a try.
I'm not too sure how to create such a query as I'm new to
Access and really early in the learning curve.
I thought that having created a form with fields from 3
tables it would be easy to extend this to 5 tables - but
maybe I'm too optimistic.
Anyway, thanks for taking the trouble to help me in this
way. I really do appreciate the fact that you are
prepared to help others with their problems.
