How do you make shared data from a field field to other
fields?

Second question how do you lock the form. I was unable to
lock after i inserted Text form field.

I assume you mistyped here and mean "form field"? Use the
Insert/Cross reference command to insert a reference to the
form field's bookmark name.

There may be a problem with where your field or the cursor
was positioned at that particular moment?

Which version of Word do you have?
