Field Required

I have a couple of fields that i want filled. If someone dosent fill in
one/or any fields a Messege Box displays 'fill in the required data before
continuing'

Please explain the steps in very basic as im not very technical.

The simplest method is to set them to "Required = Yes" in the table's design.
Then Jet will not allow the a record to save unless those fields have entries.
