Field relating back to its own Primary Key in Access

This is a classic problem. I remember having it in HW assignments back in College for relationship diagram practice. I have a table of employees, each with their own unique payroll numbers. I also want to track supervisor/subordinate relationships, meaning that one employee would have a field relating directly back to its own primary key. Its easy to do on conceptually, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to make work with access. Any help would be appreciated.
