I am using Access 2000

I created a form with a subform. The subform is made up
of a list of fields (Ex: field A,B,C...G, etc). I added
a new field which I called "X". I want "X" field to be
next to C field. In design view I placed the field
exactly where I wanted it - next to C. But in Form View,
it is at the end of the fields (after G.). I rechecked
design view and it is still where I put it, but is wrong
in form view. I went into the View menu and Tab Order.
The Tab Order is OK. Does anyone know what I can do to
get the fields in the order I want them???

I assume that when you say "form view" you mean Datasheet view. In that
view just click on the header of the column (your cursor will change to a
down arrow), then drag the column to the position you want.
