When I export contacts to excel (Export to a File => Microsoft Excel 97-2003)
the field NOTES is authomatically shorted to about 256 characters (something
like that).
In such case I loose data, not only formating.
How to solve this problem? How to make it trasfer will be full not "first
256chr part" only?
Thanks & Regards;
Vaso

You can use the CodeTwo Outlook Export freeware to do that:

Dear Michal I've solved this, Code2 is OK, but I can't retain the form, not
even the line breaks in NOTES. By export in csv (or txt) the field 'Body'
appears as one line text, no CR/LF means no line brakes I have originally in
Notes.
There is one issue in "Options" of "Code2" program saying: "Replace the new
line sign with"... is maybe this a solution?
How to declare it in Code2 at export, so my original line brakes in Notes
will remain in csv file? (something like: &nbsp in html, or...?)
Thank you!

If you export plain text and you want to have well-formatted CSV, you need
to replace CRLF with some other character. Surely you will lost CRLF, unless
you've got software that can import the data and replace the character back
to CRLF. But you can try to export BodyHTML field instead of Body in Outlook
Export. If you export HTML, then you can replace CRLF without any problem,
it doesn't change the HTML formatting.
