By "database" I guess you mean "table in datasheet view". The answer is
no.
You can however use a form in continuous view. When designing the form,
check Form Header/Footer in the View menu, and put labels in the form
header. Each label can contain multiple lines of text. Put a row of
textboxes in the Detail section of the form to display the data.
Can I expand the field name box at the top of a database
to include two lines of text like you can in Excel?
