Field list in Form

After creating a form from query, additional fields were added to the query.
Want to add the new fields to form but end up with a message "syntax error in
FORM clause". Can someone help me add the new fields in form?

Thanks in advance.
 
That's sound like something wrong with the Query / SQL String, _not_ the
Form.

Post the relevant Table details and the SQL String of the RecordSource of
the Form.
