I'm saying goodbye to Sky Fibre today and switching to Zen
. My Sky fibre connection was offline as soon as I woke up this morning, but so far I've not had a connection on my Zen supplied modem (pre-configured).
I'm guessing that Sky may have cut off internet access from their end first thing this morning, as my contract runs out today. So I guess I just have to wait for a while for Zen to do the business at their end.
Previously when I switched ADSL providers, the downtime as minimal (less then an hour) - so I wasn't without a connection. This time it could be longer...
Has anyone else switched Fibre providers? If so, what happened on the transfer day?
