FF11 troubles with windows firewall??

I have been disconnected from FFXI today and cannot log back on and the
servers are up verified by friend playing at his house. Funny thing is i can
use internet but i cannot get to www.playonline.com, and the playonline
viewer will not find server. I tryed built in FFXI diagnostics program and
that doesnt detect server either, I dont know what else to check. The windows
firewall i shut off and turn on and tryed that over and over again. I
rebooted about 10 times and did a system restore from a few days ago when i
knew it worked properly and still same problem. I was wondeiring if anyone
out there has had this happen and what to do about it or have a phone number
for Square Enix which i cannot find on any paperwork I have. Thank you in
advance!

Since you're looking for Square Enix support / number try this link:
http://www.square-enix.com/na/support/live/ however since you're
unable to load the playonline website, it could simply be that your
ISP was/is having temporary DNS / Routing issues. Call them.
