I bought the Fellowes Micro Trac USB trackball and when
plugged into my USB port XP sees an unknown device. I
called tech support and they said basically it was a
problem with the microsoft USB drivers. The trackball is
supposed to work in XP, and I tried it on my Windows 2000
desktop where it did work correctly.
Is there an update or something I can do to get it to
work?
Otherwise I will have to return it soon so I can get a
refund.
