I'm a new user of FP 2002. After creating the web site the submit comments
button when selected in the web site does not send me the e-mail message.

Thanks,
Roy

Have you asked your host to configure the forms to email transport on the
remote web site via the FP server extensions?

If they have given you access to the appropriate areas of the remote server.

No. The host has complete control over some of the features and functions provided by the FP
extensions running on their servers, that are available to you and only they can tell you what they
support.
