I have been working with Frontpage 2003 and just started a new private
website using default templates. The feedback page seems to only save
to a file on my webhost (which works fine) but I'd like to set it up to
ALSO send an email with the comment, so I get the email and it is still
saving the .txt file. How can I make this change? Thanks!

Right click the form in design view.
Select form properties and in the dialog that opens enter the email address you want the
results sent to.

It needs to be an email address associated with your domain / website.
If your website is www.myweb.com then the email address should be
(e-mail address removed)

username being the name of the email account

Ok ... I was trying to change properties of the SUBMIT button, not the
form itself. I see the area and have made the change, but it looks
like my ISP isn't configured to use that extension :( I was using my
email address through them, which is the same domain.

Thanks!

Try creating another test form from scratch and see if it works. If it
doesn't ask your host if they will enable that feature for you.
