February updates

I've noticed in the blogs there's a February update on the OEM site but I
don't yet have my agreement. Is there a way to get these updates other than
via OEM?
 
The XPe downloads from msdn.microsoft.com/embedded gets you to this update
without having to logon to the OEM site.

Thanks, I'd looked around in Microsoft downloads but hadn't ended up at that
site :-)
