Hello,
Any suggestions?
We had 3 machines in our office perform an autoupdate for XP. Afterwards,
when performing a "SaveAs" in Excel (2002) all the machines produced the
following error:
"The folder ' S:\foldername1\foldername2\filename.xls' isn't accessible. The
folder may be located in an unavailable location protected with a password,
or the file may contain a / or \." If the file existed, it would write over
the old file. When we rolled the updates back, either by a restore point or
by unistalling the updates, the problem goes away. All machines that did not
install the update were not affected.
I made sure we updated office 2002 to service pack 3, and still same errors
occurred. Thanks for your help!
