I also use SpySweeper Corp edition here at work. Along with my testing of MS
AS beta.
One thing I like about SpySweeper corp scanning is that it monitors disk
activity when doing a full system scan and gets priority to other disk
intensive processes as to not slow down the system too much. It's logic
seems to work quite well and thus I don't have to pause the scan when I know
I am about to do something with will need CPU and disk activity. If I
remember right, it will even pause it's self if the activity is diverted for
a certain period of time. I know this is a new SpySweeper feature as it
wasn't there when we first bought SpySweeper. And it has been a nice new
feature. Your "Pause" feature reminded me of this other feature that so far
has made pausing just about obsolete.
Hiding scans would be nice too. I also like how SpySweeper handles this as
well. Not only can you minimize it and it goes to the tray, but it also
animates the icon to let you know it is actively scanning. Also, if a remote
scan is activated, the icon starts to animate. Very nice indicator.
