Feature request - notify and/or block spyware sites

I would like to have faster notification that spyware has
been installed. That way I can block the site (?) or not
visit it or whatever.. Seems like this product could scan
the history and figure out which site caused it.. or at
least narrow it down to a few suspects.

Also, seems a little weak that this crap can still get
installed and run on my machine--what happens when these
creeps start to get nasty and create a more dangerous
version of their executable?

Actually, it is when the creeps look at the definitions that they find new
ways of attacking your system. So to get the definitions before the creeps,
ensure that Automatic updates are turned on. Options > Settings >
AutoUpdate.
