Feature Request: Always allow option for startup items

I have batch file I have put in my Startup folder to run each time I log on
to my comptuer. Every time I get the notification that this file is trying to
run and asks if I should allow it or block it. I cannot find a way to set
this process as always allow or ignore unless I stop the real time
protection. This seems to be inefective anyway. The batch file executes and
is complete before I even click allow.
 
I have the same problem, but when I click allow, and the check box for always
allow this application is checked, it immediately pops back up and asks
again. When I look up script blocking under application agents checkpoints
and click the button labeled Manage allowed/blocked it says I currently do
not have any allowed or blocked scripts, even though I should.
