I have created a new build which included UPLOAD MANAGER, i noticed
an error in the APPLICATION log after the build.
After some tinkering I noticed the DCOM (UPLOAD MANAGER is dependent)
service uses a LOCAL SERVICE ACCOUNT to launch and UPLOAD MANAGER used
the NETWORK SERVICE. The error was related to this so I switched to
LOCAL SERVICE ACCOUNT for the SERVICE and it starts fine now.
I do not recall the event id offhand, i will get it later. It
specifically referenced an issue with credentials not matching the
primary item it is dependent on when I launched it manually.
I am wondering if this is a bug in feature pack 2007, i do not recall
having this issue before, perhaps i did not include this component, i
think i have in the past however without issue.
