fDesign Error Message

Can't run the macro or callback function fDesign
I cant use my Design function via the menu, it gives me this error.
Any Suggestions ?
 
You've got a Custom Menu item that is tied to a function, fDesign, which
does not exist within your MDB. This function is from my RotateText MDB
which you have imported into your own MDB.
Just delete the Menu or CommandBar item that calls the fDesign function.
If you have not made any changes to the CommandBar/Menu structure just
open up the dialog and select reset.

This error occurs in all my Databases and I searched for this rotate text
and it is no there. plus I reset the Command Bar Menu.
I do use a Custom Menu via the Startup, but it is not called by code just
macros.
i.e. AddMenu File, etc...
What else can I try?
