Hi all,

I use some Montiored keys with EBWF.
All works fine but if I change a registry key which is montiored, and
there is nor shutdown/restart
but a power loss, the changes are lost!
Is it possible to commit these "monitored keys" by APSI or whatever,
so a power loss
does not matter and a shutdown/restart not necessary!

Thanks a lot for any help
Klaus

You might want to think about using the registry filter to preserve the
keys.

Hi Sean,
thanks for the fast answer, but I have this problem with the registry
filters.
(Monitored as described in your mentioned blog)
I use for changing the IP-Address, but if changed and not shutdown/
reboot the
changes are lost if you have a power loss. (in my system, perhaps in
another one it´s
working don´t know)
Best regards
Klaus

hmmm... You might want to post this to the XPe Forum:
ttp://forums.microsoft.com/embeddedwindows/default.aspx?siteid=47 to get an
opinion form teh XPE team.

Sean,

What Forum is that you're suggesting? Is it accessible with the newsreader,
as the current is (microsoft.public.windowsxp.embedded)?

Thanks
Franz
