Faz printers inaccessible

I have had XP Fax service running successfully. I
recently had to do a system repair. Now I get a message
in the fax console that the fax printers inaccessible. I
have uninstalled & reinstalled fax services with a reboot
between each operation with no success. What can be
causing the problem?
 
Please check the following and try again :
1. Is your modem installed correctly?
2. After your installation ..Check your fax printer settings from Tools->Fax
Printer Configuration from tha fax console.
