Faxing with dsl

Does anyone know of any fax software or programs that I could download that
will work with a dsl connection? Most seem dependent on a modem
connection. Thanks in advance...all help is appreciated.

For xDSL isn't any kind of software yet, because fax work only on analog or
ISDN line.

Answered in the general group. Please do not multi-post.
 
Sending a fax by DSL requires one of two methods:

1. You obtain a DSL line filter suitable for connecting a standard voice
telephone to the DSL line, then connect a regular analog fax modem to the
line through the line filter. Your DSL provider has these filters as does
your local Radio Shack store:

2. You hire an Internet E-faxing service:
